  • Map 2 Log review!!! 2020 M340i

Running map 1 on E20/91oct i was getting timing corrections in 4th gear. Nothing major but wanted to explore map 2
    Here's a quick log on E25/104 race gas . . so effectively 104+octane . . on Map 2
Still seeing some timing corrections in the same spot in 4th gear . . . Seems like no matter how much i optimize fueling map 2 just isn't going to be as clean as i'd like.
Is this octane related or could it be a different issue causing the corrections?

Currently yes. Inspected them and they’re champion plugs and holding factory gap well. I would order new plugs but really prefer to stick with the champions(slightly colder than NGK). Should I try reducing the gap?

Yes, I would reduce the gap to .022"
