Engine knock

Lately I’ve noticed some audible engine knock/detonation-
i went down from map 4 to map 3 then map 2 and now map 1-
still hear some slight ping on accel
can see the ignition 1 dropping as it detonates-
same drive same fuel same everything no changes
does not do it on factory tune-
im afraid to to a WOT log
any ideas?
