  • 2020 Q50 (not RS) map 1 log check, not running right?

Just using map 1, been on car for a day and a half. filled up with 91 but seem to be getting no boost at all at low RPMS when car’s warm. One run from a standstill and then one flooring it in 3rd with a shift to 4th

Seems to be like zero boost till around 4k?

Feel free to ignore that fist log, it's really bad.
My assumption is I got a really bad tank of gas from a discount unbranded station. Gently drove off that tank of gas with jb4 disconnected and refilled with chevron 91.

Running Map 6 now with a flat map at +3, can you review and verify it's OK to go back and try Map 1 again?

2 separate runs in the file, one from a standstill and another form a roll through 2nd and 3rd

Yeah you can try map 1. Should be fine.

        Hey, back again...

I have a recurring issue where the car seems to go into limp mode. It only occurs when the jb4 is enabled. You can see what it's doing in that first log I falsely assumed was bad gas (been running chevron 91 ever since and still happening). You press the gas and throttle stays down at like 20-30%. This is on both map1 and map6 flat at +3 so doesn't appear to be a knock issue.

This morning the car immediately started out like that, zero throttle response. Shut car off and restarted and issue persisted. Disabled jb4 (map 0) and car immediately went back to normal. Drove to gas station and popped hood and completely unplugged the jb4 and again car is 100% normal.

Is it possible my jb4 is defective? It feel like when it's on the car intermittently but fairly repeatedly goes into limp mode. Almost like some sensor voltage or range check is failing. There are no codes shown.

Unless I can get this squared away I think I need to return the unit as defective.

            Thanks, working with Ando.

Suspect a loose wire in a connector or some such.

Ando got me all squared away and its running amazing. You guys' support is 100%!

Got to do some logs again, can you take a look at Map 2 pulls? The run in the middle is 2nd to 3rd. (91 octane)
Will probably keep it on map1 because CA tractor gas, but nice to know I can swap over to Map2 when I feel like it
