No connection

So I've had my jb4 for months now but jus sent my ecu away so I decided to sell my jb4 an it won't connect now so no devices found so I unplugged everything an plugged the obd power plug up to jb4 but didn't hook up the other connectors an still couldn't get it to connect an no light on the bt dongle.

I've already opened it up connections look good. It jus worked last week no problem does everything need to be hooked up in order to connect to jb4.

Yes, it must be hooked up to the TMAP sensor to get power.
