I agree with buddy,
There is no flow and the JB knew that. Target psi was equivalent to that of Map 1.
You've got some fairly high timing deviations also, Probably those denso's. I'd get HKS two steps in there, trouble shoot all physical electical connections to include a good ground, bump DOWN your boost safety to 24 (28 is a head gasket waiting to blow), and update your firmware to 24.
