Recommended Spark Plugs for the 1.6T?

What is the recommended plug for the 1.6T? (2020 Elantra GT N-Line)

I see that Burger recommends the Denso 5346 & 5347 for the 3.3L but no mentioned is made of the recommended plug for the 1.6T?

I have seen recommendations on various tuner sites for HKS M40XL and M45XL but looking for an authoritative answer.

Primary what fuel?

I run the plugs that came with the car, no misses or any other ignition related problems.

Gapped to .022

If you want to run pump gas primarily, then 1 step colder is fine.
