  • Stinger JB4 Log: MAP3

    Hi,

Just recently installed new plugs gapped 0.022 and the JB4. Put in about 3.5 gallons E85 and the rest 93 octane. Ran MAP3.
    How does the log look?
my ign3 is the value 3 for a little. Is that within the normal range? Also, ign3 is always higher than the rest, is that any cause for concern?

    Thanks

Log looks pretty good, although you are running into a bit of timing corrections in that 4500-5500 rpm range. Your fuel trims look fine, so try 4.5 gallons of ethanol rather than 3.5, and upload another log.
    Thanks!

Hi thanks so much for the reply. Ive been away from the car for a while but was able to empty tank and try again with 4.5gal of E85 and rest 93octane although the E85 measurement still says 26 in the graphs. Attached is the log. there are two sections with a pedal at 100 the second 100 area was the better run from about 35-80mph.

Log looks good, if you don't have a flex fuel kit, then the E85 content reading won't display properly.
