I recently got a JB4 for my 2023 Hyundai Kona n-line 1.6t and it’s been driving great and running great feels quicker but I put it on a dragy before and after and it picked up a tenth everywhere. I’ve been running map 2 with 93 and the hks m45xl plugs everything else is completely stock. I was wondering if I could more out of it from a custom tune and how and where I can get one

IMHO you're a ways away from a custom tune. Few things... You have a 1.6, and you're not running Meth. Even if you went Meth with that 4cyl, The built in map would be more than enough. To get a *custom tune, you would have to schedule a day at the dyno, and have a guy there on retainer who knew the platform and the JB. Even then I doubt you would get much more out of it.
Instead of all that trouble, post a log of Map2 and Map3 (two different files) and let a few folks here assess your timing. Timing is what drives the Map you choose, and whether or not the car can go any more with the fuel you have available.

Okay thank you very much I’ll link a log I have for map 2 and I’ll get one for map 3 later today.Attached Files

I wouldn't turn it up any higher, unless you get some better fuel. Timing corrections are already taking place on map 2.Burger Motorsports

What he's saying is fuel is your limitation right now, not the JB or any other mods. If you're using 91 try 93, if you have 93, try E30. It's all about the octane, without it, no map or mods will help at the moment. If you have room for octane, post another Map2 log, and it might be possible to try map3 depending on how it looks.

I have been running 93 and I talked to someone else over email and he told be to run map 3 because even map 0 has timing drops and he said he thinks it won’t get any worse. I did a log on map 3.Attached Files
