  • E85?

I recently picked up a JB4 unit for my 2023 MCS, I am wondering if we can run any e85. Seems the information for the MINIs is either outdated or non existent.
is Map2 okay for a stock car running 93 octane?
Do we get an fuel adaptive map (like map 5 on the N54s?) Is there anything new in the works for these cars? I understand this may not be a high volume seller compared to the other cars supported by JB4, but maybe the lack of interactions over here are partially to blame (had I not used JB4 in the past I would have been run off by it myself).

Sounds good, in the process of switching back to 93 octane (took a road trip, switched to map 1 due to lack of 93). Which parameters should I log and be looking for?

Any special type of pull I need to do (2500rpm to red line 2 gear? 3rd gear?) Better yet, is there a quick write up somewhere that gives a general idea of what to look for (what’s normal/what’s not).
Sorry but its been a long time since I’ve been into this stuff, used to do it alot when I had my 135i back in 14-15, definitely been a while 😬

Probably 2k rpm in 3rd, into 4th, and into 5th if enough room
