I'm seeing bank to bank afr variance (a little), timing cut after gear shift, load reported should be much higher, ecu psi capping off at 17.1.

Your AFR's are a bit wonky (typical ST issues) but you are not running rich. The log only goes to 5K rpms so it doesn't actually show the issue.

Low pressure looks to be struggling in the log.

Is there any specific user adjustments I need for a st e85 pi tune or anything with the stage 3 lpfp?

does anyone know why the ecu psi is capping at 17?

Your fueling with your current settings is fine. HPFP isn't struggling and trims are fine.

Verify your menu 4 setting is set to 2.

                    Hi,

It looks fine but why is your PID gain set to 35? It should be set to 25 and may cause you problems as you add more boost.
