2022 WRX JB4 stopped working after 10 mins drive (Bluetooth/Android Phone)

Hi All, Today I installed the JB4 on my 2022 WRX, connected to the Bluetooth adapter with my GS22 Ulta, went for a drive and everything worked for about 10 mins. While driving I noticed the app gauges were all frozen so I pulled over to diagnose what happened. I shut down the vehicle and restarted my phone but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Update: This appears to be an Android 13 issue. When I installed the JB4 app on an older Android phone, the system is now working as it should.
