MK8 E-Mix

Hello all who are reading, I am wondering if anyone knows how much E the MK8 can handle.
Reasons for asking are, of course power, but also because I got distracted while filling up at the pump. I usually fill up E then 93 and I will be changing this after this mistake. I accidentally put in 7.2G of E85(which reads E70 at 94 octane from my Sheetz), and 3.7G of 93 which equates to a rough E50 mix.
I’ve driven the car since it SEEMS to be fine with no issues, I’m just wondering what sort of issues could come up from this or if I should start logging some data to see if we can use this information.

It will run a bit leaner with it. You can always go to map 0 and run the tank down a bit.

My afr looks normal. I just wanted to know how safe or unsafe this was. If I needed to drain the tank or swap maps or change map6 to fit it.

Hi,

It is not tragic that you should take measures like that. We typically test with higher mixes than we advertise the vehicle is compatible to so you wont have issues.
