We've done tons of them! We've got a MK8 GTI and Golf R in house for development.

Nice! Any data logs? Looking at an 8Y S3 or DSG Golf R (provided I can find one that isn’t 10k over sticker)

I recall having some issues with the MK7 GTI JB4 where timing would flatline on the 3-4 shift (similar to the issue on the IJE0S N54s with piggy only) and the DSG shifting like a slush box on cold start. Took the JB4 out to troubleshoot the DSG shifting behavior and the issue never came back.

Granted these issues are on a different platform, but it’s worth asking if this issue was identified and corrected.

PS: I hope they trade Westbrick and picks for Lavine. It’ll make the playoffs interesting!

I took mine out on the track for an HPDE and it did well on Map 1 and Map 2, anything higher than that and it was unhappy and set itself down to Map 0. Sill quite enjoyable around town in Map 3 but not suitable for WOT 3-4 with a DSG.

                Hi,

Check in the user adjustment section what last safety is set to. If 1 then you need to raise the Boost safety value by around 2.

Raise the fuel open loop value to 65 and see if it occurs again.

The car seems much happier now, no delay after WOT shifts from 3>4. Thanks!
