Hey Guys,

I need some guidance understanding the front suspension of a 2007 e90. On normal roads with pot holes etc there is no problem. However once I make a sharp right into the driveway you hear a knock once the wheel dips for the drain.

I don't understand why this would not happen with regular holes not turning.

All the same I check the suspension and all seems fine however since this is only happening on a turn where should I be looking specifically.

It's hard for someone on the internet to diagnose with that little info.

What checks did you do?

Jack up the car, get under, and look for worn/cracked rubber bushings, torn ball joint boots, and check the tie-rod play, etc. take pics, let us know what you see.

Or take it somewhere for free diagnosis, and let us know what they say.

Fully understand. Honestly I was hoping that no knock under normal driving conditions vs knock on a hard turn would have helped.

Will do the check.
