I’m finding conflicting info, my fuel trims max out with e30. I read adjusting this can help trick the hpfp into giving more fuel.

I also found that I may need the fed wires to get it to work?

I also found that on the b58 it just doesn’t matter or work?


I picked up the CPI kit hoping to be able to add some headroom for safety but if I can get it to raise fuel pressure instead that would be easier. If I do run the CPI I just need to run logs and make sure all 6 cylinders aren’t seeing 3* drops in timing correct?

Is there a way to get the jb4 to allow me to target a slightly richer AFR? I am running 14.5ish and at 20+psi that seems quite lean. Even if I could get it to run 13.5-14 it would help cooling and make me feel a little better.

My supra is a locked 21 so any flashing is pretty much out.

Currently having the same problem. Tried 0, 60, and 75 on FOL and still just stuck at 14.5 at WOT pushing 20-22 PSI. Trims are at the limit, maxing out at 48 around 5k RPM, then quickly falling back down to low 40's until redline. But AFR stays 14.5. I'm completely stumped.

How are you logging? I have a tune that peaks around 21 and trims stay below max if I log a pull from 20-100 but if I log the way BMS wants us to (3rd 2k-redline) the trims max out the whole time and I don’t like that.

I currently have my car set up to be around 18-19 psi peak and the trims stay below 49 and it runs really well, any more boost and I get throttle issues and trims max.

I’m planning on trying to run about 21 psi peak adn hope that the extra injector will keep me from maxing the trims. The extra injector (or meth in the chargepipe) is more subject to distribution issues which is why it would be very handy to be able to target a slightly richer AFR.

I'm logging 3rd at 2k to redline. Not getting any fuel cuts or anything, and my timing doesn't go below -3. My HPFP seems to stay at 29, while my LPFP gets all the way to 111.

I'd definitely feel more secure with 13.5-ish at WOT.

I agree on the AFR. Especially when starting to run meth or cpi through the chargepipe richening up would help because you won’t get perfect cylinder distribution.
