Default maps should work.
Upload a log once installed just to be sure.

Yes it has a boost taper.
We recommend keeping the OBDII port plugged in at all times.

I would recommend updating firmware to v6 and setting fuel bias between 30 & 40 to see if it helps the leaner AFR....

OBDII should be plugged in at all times. I would recommend plugging everything back in and reading codes once everything is connected again.

Log looks pretty good, some minor timing corrections, but no big deal.
I would suggest raising duty bias so it matches up with WGDC on the grap...
